One Off Nutrition & Training Plan
One-Off PackageThis plan is designed for those wanting a one off nutrition and training plan. The plan includes a tailored meal plan or customised macro plan depending on your choice (If you are wanting macros - You will need to use a food scale and track your food using a tracking app. We recommend MyFitnessPal. It will also include a customised training programme. The plan will be tailored to the individual based on age, gender, weight, dietary requirements, training programme, activity level and goals.
This plan will include:
– Tailored Meal Plan or Tailored Macros
- Tailored Training Programme
– Full supplement regime and recommendations
You will be billed in GBP (£65.00)
at the current exchange rate.
